I have a very large family and extended family, about 35 drivers.
None of them will ever buy a Ford vehicle again.
To quote one of them. “Ford has no loyalty for its hard working employees. I no longer have any desire to own their products”
Highly recommend Page Toyota in Southfield, no more Fords in our driveway or garage. Toyotas now. Not a single problem in 3 years. Such a difference from driving Fords.
Hondas are reliable also as previous poster noted
I was SRDed in 2019. I purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Tamaroff Honda in Southfield as it was the best fit for my household. I turned in my company lease F150.
In the past 3 years 3 of my neighbors have purchased Hondas. Go figure
@ioh play back Farleys speeches he has been stating that the majority of Ford workers will be in lower cost countries for well over a year now. It doesn’t take a high IQ to deduce that if the majority of the white collar workforce will be in lower cost countries that US and European workers will be fired and low cost country workers hired. Which is exactly what happened and is happening.
My job was offshored, and although I drive a Ford now, when I get an EV it will not be a Ford. I will never buy a Ford again. If they don't like us why should we buy their cars?
@ fvd+1ilBDRWI where were you when they outsourced manufacturing? You enjoyed work from home for the past two years by working in your yard or doing personal stuff. Now the company feels engineering and product development can be outsourced.
This time it the turn of white collar jobs to be outsourced.
Do you have any data to prove outsourcing, or are you just bitter?
