Bank of America has proven many times over how little it cares about us. I think it's time we return the favor. Take your breaks. Stop working at your scheduled time. Take your sick days. Every time they need you to do something extra, find yourself busy. Do the minimum you can get away with. This place doesn't deserve more.

Forcing me to work in a scenario where I said directly to bosses that I feared for my (and everyone else's) immediate safety was the moment I accepted all hope is dead. We had to call 911 to remove a belligerent client who refused to leave the FC, but they responded "it's under control" with him still screaming and shouting right next to all of us and commanded me to get back to helping clients anyway.
This company is run by a bunch of clueless mofos. I have never seen so many incompetent azz managers in my life in one company. I am not even going to talk about the non-English speaking mofos that have the audacity to hold conference calls. I know they have to have the diversity in place but damm. They shouldn't just place any mo-o in there to cover their azz. I just want to see competent people in there regardless of there ethnicity. If it happens to be all white or black , I don't care. I just want someone that knows their job and I can learn from. The last place I worked at didn't care as long as you produce and were knowledgeable in your role.

The tipping point for me was when they refused to pay me my year-end bonus and annual cost-of-living raise. The bank was having record profits and my performance that year was stronger than ever. I was a top producer and made millions of dollars in profits for the bank over the years, but was treated horribly. No one cares. You are truly just a number here. They will treat you like garbage even if you are a model employee. It's the most backwards corporate culture. Management is so arrogant. The bank is truly run by a bunch of clueless country bumpkins.
Or take a break and come to the conference room for a quick game on Wii sports with snacks and a chance to win a free T-shirt! Please just stop it all ready!

I totally agree with everything you just mentioned. This company is not worth busting your azz for anymore. I am just half azzing it from here on and just collecting a paycheck until I get another job.
