Im agency and was let go from IT back in July along with several co workers. Rumor then was 400 total. So it's been happening quietly for a month or so. The rumor was they are sending more work to AP and managers had no say in who to fire .

Ford Credit IT was devastated. The Indian agency replacements are either partially or wholly untrained and clueless. Billions of dollars of receivables are now at risk thanks to management that doesn't understand the business.
Two from ITO were let go today that I know of. I was notified at 8am by phone with video from my LL4. Smiled during the meeting which seemed inappropriate.

I think they cut all the SE architects in product development. Not sure if that counts. All the ones I know of are marked as deactivated in Slack.

Heard of one guy in ITO who was cut. He had already filed his retirement papers.
I’d be quite surprised if Mainframe ITO was not at least halved, but no cuts yet that I know of. All of the Mainframe ITO work could easily be outsourced to Kyndryl and knowledge transfer has been occurring, so it would be surprising if that team is not all released.
I know of 3 out of network, who were cut but not ITO yet.
