1add Chickensh1t behavior by LL4 and LL5. They should both be canned along with Chickensh1t LL3.
My 4 and 5 were on vacation, my 6 had to tell me and it ki---d them to do so. How horrific. 20+ years of my life
They had the list for a week. Looking back on it, LL canceled several group meetings last week and avoided 1v1s. Clearly a way to put some distance between the LL and those affected. Also looked like the LL had been hit by a truck - seemed devastated to have to layoff people just about to hit a pension milestone.
What I saw was an LL5 having to make notifications to his LL6 and GSRs that he had no say in determining. That’s right. LL5s we’re kept in the dark and decisions about their teams were made for them.
