GTO is a mess. People are significantly over paid and very light on workload and knowledge. They hired a lot of people recently but not employees with the right background. They get a budget and spend it all. They need to do massive cuts in that area.start from scratch.
I couldn't agree more with @stn+1i83ePlS. There are plenty of areas at BofA that could use some trimming but somehow they always manage to avoid layoffs. Start with GTO and work from there. It would be nice to see them for once lay off people who are the real fat instead of hard-working and experienced older employees who are always the main target.
