Can you clean up the laptop from your personal file if any?

Took my pictures off last week… just in case. Just like in 2008 when I took everything home the week before just in case.
Once your laptop is locked, is it impossible to get any pictures you might have had. Not looking to do anything but that. Thx
I didn't think I was at risk but was wrong and didn't do anything with some things I would like on my laptop. It's now locked, and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any to get these few pictures and documents. Not trying to anything other than that. Thank you.
@OP. If you are locked out, your only chance is with a hammer.
Turn off your VPN and Wi-Fi if possible immediately! Once the laptop knows you were let go it will lock you out. It’s hard to get the files off though because most usb are disabled so you’ll have to email your personal pictures to yourself
I never put personal anything on my work laptop. It’s not mine, it’s the company’s. Aside from that, anything can happen. If you’re on a plant floor or traveling and it gets damaged you wouldn’t have any opportunity to clean personal stuff off of it before having it fixed or replaced anyway.
I never left anything personal on one of mine. Honestly though... that's because I never PUT anything personal on one of my company laptops. But IF I did... heck yeah, delete all your personal stuff, no doubt.
