BK stock price is unchanged since 2000. S&P is up over 200% over the same period.
I think the OP's point is in theory the harder everyone works, the better the firm does. The better the firm does, the higher the stock goes. All in theory, of course. Senior people are loaded with stock so they can sit on their f-t b-tts, work everyone like a dog, so they get richer.
They all act like owners and encourage us to do the same every day.

Your argument is flawed. - none of these greedy execs started this business nor owns it.
I am not greedy, someone works/buys me a motorcycle then I am happy. I am just a low level employee.
How would you like to sit at dinner with someone crying about the price of fuel... for her boat? Poor thing couldn't go on her two week boat trip.
Yeah bro im usually 100% in agreement with all content on this site..however this is common place in any work environment in a for profit business that’s not your own. If you feel that strongly about it start your own business so others lives are focused getting you your third yacht.
It is an expectation of all lower level employees.
