When I was let go after 25 years, everyone in my department seemed to be somewhere else, all not around. Not even one of them said good-bye, even the one I spent a month training on my job. They all played bffs to me, but when they learned I got cut, they were all such cowards, afraid that the horrible egotistic LL5 mgr would get them next, they avoided me like the plague. What kind of people are the people at Ford? They will sell their mother to suck up. I get needing/wanting to keep your income, but dang, do you ever put yourself in anyone else's shoes; where is any kind of empathy? Where else would you work for 20+ years and just leave with a box in your hand and no one even saying good-bye (and yes they had my personal email) because they are all scared, intimidated suck-ups. I hope you feel the same way I did when you get the ax, and believe me you will. As soon as you pull your head out of that manager's a** you'll be gone too...and I hope you you have trouble living with yourself for being such a sc-m bag. How in the world can you teach your children to be good people.....just unbelievable how people have the capability of turning on you spontaneously---trust no one in this environment...its a prime example of the savage in human nature....for some....Ford has cultivated this behavior through the years, constantly pitting us against each other---it is a perfect way to tear us down, but look, I think its back firing on the company....and can't say I'm sorry---I'll dance on the table when the sh-t bag of a company fails with all its nepotism and cronyism. Good riddance, can't get much worse....has to get better than this...and drive a Ford---that's a joke, not even...not ever...
