Way too many groups doing the same thing under different labels. If it's an IT function, that's where it should be..... the business side has too many little internal IT departments.

There aren't many engineers left in CSG. They were outsourced to Infosys three years ago. All the T&Ms were shown the door end of June. Plenty of project managers though. Can never have enough powerpoint experts.

So potentially folks involved in the new system which pushed out HR again? I’m wondering if they’ll start cutting those HR people (could be the same folks I guess) now instead of waiting till later.
CSG = Corporate Systems Group. IT organization that supports corporate teams like Finance.
Get rid of them layers and layers and layers of management that don't manage didly squat they manage to secure a check for zero contributions
