All a joke, I'm an SVP 5 down from Charlie and have been told to report to an office 1000 miles away. If I don't after 30 days i will be assumed to have resigned. They won''t say sacked they say its me who has resigned. More of this coming an I am hearing full-time RTO is on the Horizon unless you are one of Charlies mates!! Absolute joke of a company and all the executive they have no clue. Forced attrition and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Having HR Transformation based anywhere near DC is not a comforting thought, hub or not!

Charlie here. I want you people to get back to work and stop pointing out how this place is a shitshow. Tally Ho!

Richmond is not a hub as of today. Maybe they'll sneak it in now. I noticed someone on the CSBB side hired into Greensboro as well. Not a hub. Seems to be a rules for thee not for me situation.

Well, Bei did say in her HR town hall that you will need to be in a hub location in order to be considered for career advancement. So either Richmond is now a hub location or they got around this by only looking external for candidates.

is Richmond on the approved hr location list? I'd say as long as he is in a wf office, which we have many of, quit your complaining.

I find this to be a very valid complaint. If you want to lead a change, there is no better way than leading by example.

Richmond has over 3K people. And multiple offices. This role was open for 10+ months and they found a good candidate. Plenty of stuff to complain about, this probably isn't one of them
