It's really as simple as that.
This site is spot on. If a calm site suddenly shows some chatter then you have to be ready for a ride. But from what I observed Is that our page is busy 365 days while GM monthly once but Stellantis is very silent. Is that because they are happy and satisfied with their situation.
This site is actually a decent source of information, especially when work from home has cut off normal gossip channels. Not as good as the "you will hear it from us first" management family, of course.
I found it in June 2019. Somebody said there was going to be layoffs the next week and that is when SRD occurred.

For what purpose? So people considering a job at Ford find it and run the other way. So the truth can be told instead of their lies.
this site is far more valuable than sites like glassdoor dot com for people looking for a job. this tells what is really going on.
@1dhy+1inEckIb. By finding the website a few years back, found out that my department was getting the axe. Consolidated it to down to 10 people. Those 10 people were then laid off about 2 years later and their jobs outsourced overseas. This site was the only pre-warning given. So go get bent.
