Anyone negotiate WFH?

I got a job offer at BOA. Currently 3 days in office at my current company but want to be full remote. Anyone have any luck in the negotiation process negotiating full time WFH?

I was offered a role to come back but full RTO. Perfect opportunity except for that. I declines and 3 months later accepted a full remote role, more money, sign on bonus. Don't settle if you want fully remote. Moynihan said from the start, we're a work-from-office company. His heart isn't in WFH or hybrid. He's placating because of the talent exodus

Start having balance issues, middle ear problem. Afraid to fall. Get medical exception.

For what it's worth, we are hybrid (wife and I ) in GTO and also tech roles in GBT. In my case, supposed to be in office Wednesday and Thursday and pick one additional day. In her case, pick whatever three days. When you go to office, even on Wednesday and Thursday, there's less than 15% attendance based on casual observation of empty chairs. Same applies for both of us in different office buildings and organizations.

Eight ball says, "Chances look slim."

You're better off staying where you're with your 2 days WFH (2 more days than the rest of us) and keep looking.

My office is fully in office 5 days a week. The market leader also told us if you would like hybrid or remote, to look for a different job/position at bank.

Everyone hates it, but no one speaks up to say anything except in the survey that was wholly ignored.

The bank’s tactic is working.

My dept requires 5 days in office no exceptions; I voiced my concerns & they told me to find somewhere else to work

My advice to you...keep looking elsewhere for a job.

Over time this bank has moved WFH to an "accommodation".

Against all sense and logic they are forcing people into geographically centralized locations ( refuse to call a fabric covered cardboard box an "office").

Hahahahaha!!! Negotiate working from home? Which company you talking about? Now at BoA you can have people test positive sitting all around you where you bump your chair on theirs and they still won’t notify you to work from home for a week or two. They are obsessed with people NOT working from home now even if it hurts their employees healths, income, livelihoods, etc. Find a different bank.

The only people that I know who WFH are associates that use to be banking center and they aren’t anywhere near a site.
