I found the video addressing the current actions to be abhorrent. It's been an incredibly hard week for all of us. Now isn't the time to put all this nonsense spin on what ford is doing in a video addressing employees who have survived a week of absolute he-l. It's been nauseating hearing from coworkers who has been escorted out without even being able to say goodbye. Just another tone deaf communication from someone out of touch with reality.

Brackets were the biggest scapegoat ever especially in tvm. I wonder who gave Farley that script.. they should have also stated that the conformal coating department was a big problem in the company as well!!! Along with the corrosion inhibitor layer dept as well..
Did the video mention the brackets department? And how thanks to them we have the best brackets in the industry?
Jim would want that in there to make up for throwing them under the bus.....

Combustion vehicles are funding EV JF is going to run the company in the ground. If the UAW thinks they are protected think again. Wait till he shuts down plants that build non EV. The MachE is built in Mexico and that plant won’t move to NA.

I could've done without the self promotion Ford stuff but they've already buried the people and moved on.
I don't think I've ever seen someone so poorly suited for the job they are holding. It's incredible how out of touch he is.
