Can someone help me reset my TRID? Also, can someone actually get the thing to work once I log in?

The logical question is why do we have to change our passwords every three months? Why not do it just once a year? I swear that the IT department and the HR department just like to make our lives miserable with the id--tic mandatory seminars that we have to attend and constantly changing our passwords.
