Did anyone else see the post from the person that just came back from a leave of absence? People busted their rear ends continually for years only to get laid off while this person was off hiding out painting pictures. Seriously save that garbage for your Facebook not posted in a place where thousands of laid off Exxon people are going to see it.

Yeah, did you see posts from the koolaid drinker Manny? I would consider his posts nothing but insulting and fake fake fake! He is perfect example of useless brown noser that climbed up top.
I’m happy for them. Right thing to do. Sounds like you need a life change yourself op. Rather than dragging those around you down into your pit of cynicism you should work to improve your own life.

Cool story
I don’t fault those that have to take a leave of absence the last couple of years. It’s been very hard of many of us to see friends and family die. Added to it the layoff disguised as PIP.
By all means do something else besides your “paying job” to keep sane! However, be judicious on the amount of self promotion on LinkedIn.
My therapist got me to paint while on leave to help lower my blood pressure. Make sure to purchase on my Etsy though if you like what I’ve done!
