When will the TMTS (Transforming Manufacturing Technical Service) and the MPS (Managed Service Provider) Rollout That Started in 2019 Be Completed?

With the current work quality ? Even the barely average MPE/PMA service is declining.
Is 2025 still our target date for rolling out Transforming Manufacturing Technical Services (TMTS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP)?
I thought it was a 2024 headcount target.
TMTS is a product of yes sir, yes mam culture in XOM ......some crazy executive blap about this idea and a high ranking brown noser drafting up a nice power point. Rest is history performed my middle management. When they all realize this is a huge mistake, the ship has set sail far into the journey, and no one dare to turn it around for their own career sake.

Managed Service Providers and TMTS will continue through 2025+.
Houston, Belgium, and Singapore employees beware. Headcounts will continue to shrink in these three high cost locations for the next 24-36 months.
Hard to tell however it’s an absolute train wreck right now,,, I would not be surprised if management called an audible at some point….
TMTS Completion date is probably hard to predict, but it’s continuing to get rolled out
