I've seen things you people wouldn't believe... Attack quality issues on fire that were bright as magnesium on the Expedition ... I watched A Pillars glitter in the dark near the Final Inspection line. All those moments will be lost in my career, like tears in rain... Time to get fired.

I had to read this three times to figure out what you were trying to say but I think I finally got it (share the Ford vehicle weaknesses with your new employer that they can use to their advantage).
One suggestion going forward - using at least one period in all those words would have helped comprehension.

If the 7,000 Engineers that go from Ford make a commitment to work for competition and run the Ford product to ground they will more than be more than capable!
I worked for the c-170 program back in the days Ford Focus I think it was called when I moved to the competition I told them exactly what are the weak points in that vehicle and then they took a full advantage of those weaknesses see it's a small world you can twist their arms as hard as you can if you want to. And I did!
