Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Lyons and Ford

My last post so why not take a crack at the Lyons. Stop going to their games and supporting the NFLs version of Ford Motor Company. Both have been going out of business since 1957.

My exit hopefully saved someone a job that really needed it. I hope that person can reinvent themselves to not have to wish that fate on the next generation of workers. Getting to the point I was fired on Monday and Ford had the ba--s to say in the first piece of retirement paperwork that it was my choice to retire.

I don't care if the Lions go 20-0 all the way through the Superbowl. I wouldn't spend a penny on a ticket..... Not any Ford vehicle.

Ford is dead to me.

Get used to that. About three weeks after I was fired by Ford in late April, I received a postcard with ‘Ford blue’ balloons on it congratulating me on my retirement! I did not retire, I was fired. Stranger still was the argument I had with the NESC rep who insisted I retired on May 1st!

Warning: The incompetence of the NESC reps is head spinning!

I just heard the Lyons cut their work force to 53. When will the insanity end!
