Loyalty to Ford

Which employee is loyal to Ford or any company?

There are no such thing in this corporate world. Everyone is just a number.

Stop buying the product. Pure and simple. Take out more than you put in.

It's certainly been an interesting shift. One of the reasons I left my prior career to work at Ford was after I'd interviewed and the hiring manager (who would later be my boss) told me how many people had 15, 20, 25+ years with the company because they always looked out for employees if they were motivated and worked hard. Met up with him for lunch last week to catch up and it's been crazy seeing his opinion on the company shift. When I accepted the offer, I'd hoped I could stay here til retirement, but it's clear that's not going to be the case. I didn't get tapped this time, but who knows if/when the next round happens?
