How will a team member union impact retention? i’ve never been a fan of unions as I feel I control my own employment destiny. That being said, if the team members unionize, will we be able to retain our top talent for sales and back office operations?
Will unionizing team members have a positive impact on the structure of the bank?

I despise unions. That said, if they could ki-l RTO or at least make it discretionary based on mid management, I'd sign up tomorrow.
why the f would anyone want to join a union. Unions are like the mafia and are there to steal from employees.
Even though some might see the dialogue as bizarre, I’m interested in educated opinions of how unions will impact the bank, team members, as well as, clients. Being way back office in operations, profit never entered my mind. Glad you brought it up, though.
OP is almost certainly the same one from this post, given they were posted only 3 minutes apart on a Sunday, using similar language and asking a similar bizarre question: https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1irRl7My
So, he doesn't want WF to not unionize as an employee, only as an investor. He's only concerned about the profit he can squeeze out of us at the cost of our wellbeing.
He is not someone with employee interests at heart and his loaded questions should not be taken seriously.
And on top of that, "retain our top talent" is a cringey dead giveaway.
