There is ABSOLUTELY NO type of leadership in UnitedhealthGroup at ALL! Makes you wonder how much they are paying off the auditors to pass the government investigations?????
The saying goes "The Bigger they are, The Harder they fall" More public lawsuits by the federal government along with private lawsuits on the various discrimination and good'ol boy network should make the shareholders take notice.... IF nothing else let them fire you or quit without giving notice and go to work for Amazon's new Healthcare Program... This place is a TOXIC He11 H0le!!!

I just heard our boss talk about another employee that is over 50, has worked for the company for almost 20 years and they are making up work that he can't possibly perform so they can fire him. Management shouldn't be telling everyone this.... that is VERY unethical. I'm definitely NOT referring anyone to this company!! Nasty!

The fact that PHS just layer off the oldest in the positions that were eliminated shows the discrimination level of this company. I wonder who they are paying off at the EEOC office to not take on a federal lawsuit. Karma...
