I visited their forum and they still have the same problems we keep having even with him long gone. Those who are hoping that getting rid of Charlie would solve all of our problems need to take note of this. He is just a symptom of a much larger problem. We need systemic change, not just a CEO change.

Do you think after Charlie left that BNY magically recalled all the knowledgeable senior employees who were terminated and replaced with inexperienced people to do the needful?
Allan Parker , despite being only an interim CEO before Charlie put in a very respectable performance . I remember attending the only town hall he held. And he left me impressed with his dedication to fix the pervasive problems that were a lot worse in 2019.
No one blames Parker.
“So if i unpack this a bit, maybe Charlie isn’t the issue and we’re still recovering from Allen Parker?”
No, I’d say Charlie has just managed to hire enough of his cronies…er friends…er best qualified executives, that they’ll be here to carry on his legacy…er policies..er best practices after Charlie leaves.

Not worried about much else, just want a CEO that isn't an id--t about WFH.
Once chainsaw leaves, that will be us. It's already happening. Looks like BNY was gutted to a shell of the company, similar to here. And fall-out is that we will be irrevocably broken.
