In any normal company, employee performance should be a priority in everything.
However, performance seems to be becoming less and less important here?
When it comes to layoffs, the irony is that the target are often those who put work before their personal life.
It should no longer be surprising that more and more employees are now deciding to quietly quit.

Yup. I saw a guy in Finance get cut because he made his boss look bad to his superiors. He was threatened so he let him go. It’s like being in a union!.
