Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Insurance premiums widdle away at our income

For the 11th year in a row no increase for the lowest earners but anyone above 50k has their earnings reduced AGAIN. Man, compounding costs while keeping pay the same HURTS.

Well said. It’s demoralizing. Sick of the pay tiers that are 20 years old. They should move with inflation. They need re-evaluating, the pay tiers are out of touch with the peoples pay.

They have to change the thresholds for these things. $111,111 is the new $40,000 a year.

Widdle? Do they do it a lot or just a widdle bit? Is Elmer Fudd posting here now?

yup - they really do seem to want all of us to leave. Fewer and fewer reasons to stay.

Meanwhile, they just keep patting themselves on the back.

Do they really think they are good managers and leaders? Seriously?
