what, do we just keep throwing it at customers and ducking when 1/2 come back as an escalation and return? what do you all do, because each time one’s sold I cringe. just keep throwing them at our already decreasing customers orrrr ?

I have the 4g lte home internet, and it’s just barely good enough. Wish they would upgrade my tower, cause I’m thinking 5g might be pretty good. They should lower the price a little too, cable modem is cheaper.
Your 5g is garbage,your previous CEO Mr mcadams bought 80 billion of the wrong spectrum, this is why your company will not grow and that is a reflection in your stock price,so what is the board of directors doing?..answer is nothing cause they have no anwser's
Do you mean FWA or the new and improved VHI? Which btw who comes up with acronyms at Verizon? Because they suck. Let’s call home internet FWA! No one will know what the the he-l it means or what you are talking about. A rat probably picked out the letters and they just assigned random names. It will be so confusing it will be renamed within a year. All the reports will still say FWA but we will call it VHI to really confuse the he-l out of everyone.

5G is not ready for prime time and Hans was the wrong person in the wrong country to pitch this.
What is interesting is that all of the leadership whose careers started outside the US have seriously injured the company's reputation, marketing, assets and employee wellbeing.

5g home internet was and never will be as good as first and wifi. That is partly why the stock is down is because the thinking of analysts and investors is up. Hans sold a false bill of goods while weakening cash flows. Now the bod has to figure out how to walk this cat back.
It is a good product in the right areas. They just need to stop pretending it’s right for everyone in every situation.
