Reading some on Pepsico page. They appear to have a much better Severance package than what is being stated on our page

They pay for Frito Lay is not way better. It's Chinese overtime. You don't ki-l yourself? Try working 13-14 hour days daily. I'm not sticking up for Mondelez in saying that, but Frito Lay is far, far worse than this. You go to sleep at 5PM and wake up at 3AM everyday. No Work/Life..no life at all actually.

Frito lay is looking for people in my area. They pay way better and you don’t ki-l yourself.
