Takes 3 years to vest otherwise it's pretty good
The match is about all it has going for it. The selection of funds is finally reasonable after a long time being far too limiting for no reason. Since Im not a 6v or above I preferred the annual 401k bonus for long term growth no matter how small to the joke of rsus the masses get that isnt tax advantaged.

Lol, I sold my stock when vz was at 52 bucks.. If you didn't see the "woke" and the "Disney" correlation, that's on you.
Generous 6% match, many investment choices. Fidelity runs the plan, I’ve had nothing but great experience with them and their website. I think it takes 2 years to vest in the match which is lame.
