Any news on expected salary budget for Product Solutions? I know a lot of people are holding out for any indication before making a decision to jump ship. Hope the corp know how much of an impact YE salary treatment is going to have this year more than others

Management wants more people to quit still so problems driving attrition will remain unaddressed. No guarantee they will be able to right the ship once they hit their headcount targets. The people who are leaving are not the people who they should want to leave. If you can get a job elsewhere you’re probably adding value at exxonmobil. If you can’t get a job elsewhere well that says something too.
Those percentages have to be low -.-
2%.
Outstanding (max 3%)
VG and lower (< 3%)
NI - 0%
NSI - 0%
3% salary increase will be less than the cost of inflation for most countries around the world.
Agree, why wait? Drive is to continue to reduce headcount, so remuneration will be deliberately low to encourage that direction of travel.
@OP Tell anyone who is holding out to make their decision soon. Investors and executives have been trying for months to talk the economy into a recession, and it just might work.
If you’re going to jump, do it before hiring slows down.
1-3%, still above headcount target
