IBM sucks!
IBM is disgusting... period!
In reality who wants to work in a company that promotes based on diversity vs merit anyway, unless you are one of t one eyed, Somalian, hairy-armpitted Lesbians who benefit from it.
PIP executives!
BR, 549, no
Arvind: “no more large scale RAs”
Also Arvind: “PIP them out the back door please”
@spg+1iup9DQm this is the way
why don't we get rid of everyone (all employees)... this company is doomed anyway. Let's stop the pain and suffering, let's end it now! Bye IBM...
Please get rid of everyone with Alliance or Business Partner in their title. They are all useless POS anyway
Yawn.
We need to keep a troll in this site with all RA's and lay-offs so that lawyers can see. What I see is that now days IBM are putting people on the pip with the intention of firing them. They ask for impossible goals to reach.
If you can prove that you were wrongfully terminated you got a good case.
Also lets see how many people over 50 have been put on a pip.
a, b, yes
These types of posting is actually a good way to prevent age discrimination. Any law firm can look this posting up and if enough people post, can result in class action suit.
It appears IBM plans to PIP their way out of the current headwinds. This makes sense in that over half of IBM is measured by utilization. How PIP’s are applicable to SW or Infrastructure divisions is quite a bit harder. Perhaps the WH example is the way forward for them. (Eg put them on an RI instead, and wait for the employee to decide not to move). There are still strong rumors that IBM wants to partner a large portion of “infrastructure” off as they view it as non-strategic, yet revenue desirable. Time will tell
I have been put on a PIP 2 weeks ago. 56 y/old, US, Expert Labs.
4 weeks PIP to improve my utilization which is in the abyss.
I have no hope to survive it and have been interviewing outside
with promising opportunities.
