They pretend they care about ESAT result. They don’t. Managers with bad reviews still stay and wasting bank’s company, corrupting our culture, and playing politics. If management take ESAT seriously, they need to layoff managers with bad ESAT result!!

Another joke is that it is anonymous. I put the truth in there about a lack of training where he told me I should quit and he hit the roof. He didn't dare confront me though.

Every year this company tells us to complete the ESAT and nothing happens. We continue to get the same pathetic leadership that doesn't do a danm thing . The only thing we get is a bunch of lies about the results. These mofos have the audacity to put these lies on flagshlit with our clueless CEO talking about the fake results. This company is one big f-khing joke...
They have somehow convinced themselves that "% Participation = Engagement" for a survey they hound us (and in turn, our managers to compel us) to complete is Satisfaction.
How does a Leadership Team this DELUSIONAL keep their jobs?
HR just pours gas on the flames to spout this nonsense to our Board and Shareholders.
