too bad a t-mo phone does not have a single bar of signal strength within a 100 miles of our store. We laugh when they say we are going to t-mo. See ya in a week or two, no hard feelings.

Both companies have no answer because all they know is bureaucratic processes.
I believe it was announced today that T-Mobile offers the best wireless value in their plans.

Don't worry ATT has Cricket who will give you an iphone 11 for just $400, and that's a great deal. ATT has a model that says it is a better deal than free Iphone 13s.
