Some managers only know how to force their will on their employees. If you look different even more so.

They probably never heard of a thing called collaboration.

A few people have a personality like a pile of steaming sh-t. Everyone around them leaves.

Look at the managers with low retention rates. Teams with people constantly leaving. That should help identify such people.

Narcissists with PhDs or Masters are true to their high conflict nature. Even education cannot civilize them.

They create ingroups and outgroups where ever they go. Sowing conflict and difficulties wherever they go.

Hire and promote these leeches and watch companies crumble to pieces.

When a company has zero growth, everyone is fighting for a fixed piece of the pie.

It results in zero-sum game of thrones like atmosphere where your brother will ki-l you for a nickel.

Stay away from low growth companies.
