Overtime Cut

Retail consistently raising goals, lowering head count, and now cutting overtime. AT&T earnings showed EPS was lower then expected guess its coming down the pipeline. Inflation at an all time high sad to see how the company rewards hard working employees

The key to overtime is bad weather, working to the rule.
They've tried to cut OT every year I've been here since 1986.
Works for a week or so.
They are clueless.
