First thing I'm going to do is speak my mind and stop holding my tongue. Then I'm going to start telling my clients the honest truth. It will be nice for a change and will get me ready for my next move.

Yes, totally agree with the comments so far. This is what I have been doing the past year now. I just tell my management the way it is, work on whatever I want. When my management complains, my middle finger goes up and I tell my management that I don't have to work here. This IBM company is out of control, it has become worse than the sewer.
YES! I started doing this a long time ago and not once have I looked back. Fight for yourself and call out your "superiors" for being so far inferior when it comes to skills. This company doesn't care about you and it makes you feel guilty for caring about yourself. Sc--w that.
