Anyone heard anything on this?

I am hearing rumors that come 2023 Nike might call ALL of us on campus for 5 days a week. I am hoping to GTFO sooner or later, +1 to @3vtk+1ixY4dUZ Nike should decide quickly on whats going to happen. I am going to office per 3/2, and the folks who are supposed? to be in, are not coming in.
I dunno. But honestly my work preference are this, in exactly this order:
- Four 10-hour days, in the office or not.
- Remote 4 days/week, one day in the office for important meetings and in-person catch-up.
- Remote 5 days/week.
- In the office 5 days/week.
- The current 3/2 hybrid.
Maybe it depends on your job function. I won’t get into the details but with my job, being in the office 3 days and working remote 2 days is more of a hassle than a convenience. It’s like “Either keep me in the office or let me be remote. Stop thinking that some one-size-fits-all middle ground is the ideal, because it isn’t.” I’d prefer that four 10-hour day schedule over anything else because having that extra day per week would be huge.
I came on here a few weeks ago and someone said they were going to force us all back into the office September 5th. Obviously, that was bogus, I'm done with rumors. I'll just be blind and move on with my life.
