This is so old. This is the document that spawned all the big pay increases within investment banking’s junior ranks last year. Just FYI, the deck was made by several first year IB analysts who were feeling mistreated (and they were for sure).
Not especially relevant for BNY as investment banking is an entirely different animal than our businesses or even investment management. We are not subject to the stress that IB famously puts on its workers, and we don’t have the margins to make the pay increases they saw a reality here. It’s interesting if you’re and r/antiwork person but doesn’t really have any relevancy here.
Not surprising. The fortune 100 is ruthless in grinding people and pushing people around. The forced vaccine push is a prime example. Take a look at their complete agenda with the the WEF and 2030 agenda.
