I really liked working here at one time, but Ford has changed a lot. Sometimes it just seems to me that I work so much that I no longer have a social life at all.
Does anyone here actually have a work-life balance? I would say that it almost doesn't exist anymore.

Yes I have a work-life balance but I've had to prioritize it and defend it. Spending too much time and energy on work is one of the top regrets of the dying.
I agree. You have to learn to let go. Never get your assignments done early, don’t put in the extra effort, never volunteer or promote a good idea. I Quite Quit after the layoffs a couple years ago based on how they treated my loyal coworkers.
Makes your time left at Ford more bareable.
