IPFs were recently revised to reflect the employees' tenure starting at 5 years and 1 point for every year thereafter. My tenure is 23 years so my IPF went up accordingly (and I got a 5% raise which I didn't expect).

If you didn't get a raise and/or RSUs it's more a reflection of your leader than you.

They couldn't get you or your team a slice of the pie.
