I got a 12% raise, was pretty low against my co-workers actually and still am

IPFs were recently revised to reflect the employees' tenure starting at 5 years and 1 point for every year thereafter. My tenure is 23 years so my IPF went up accordingly (and I got a 5% raise which I didn't expect).
No raise for me, but decent IPF. i assumed I would get at leats 3-4% raise, so not sure what is happening

If you didn't get a raise and/or RSUs it's more a reflection of your leader than you.
They couldn't get you or your team a slice of the pie.

I got an IPF of 1.4 and no raise - go figure.
Pretty sure the lowest possible raise is 4%
