If you are concerned about globalization, AND are against coming into the office- you are fighting yourself. As companies become comfortable that jobs can be done from anywhere, they will press for the cheapest labor to do that job. Food for thought...

Honeywell's entire business model is based on exploiting the cheapest labor. They buy companies with domestic workforces, move most of the workforce overseas, and claim "growth" when it is simply profiting via labor arbitrage. To add insult to injury they constantly grovel for corporate welfare and will lie and bribe as needed. It is no surprise that employees are treated like dirt in this scenario.
Ya think all (most) companies haven't already gone offshore for the lowest cost? Why do you think it takes 4 tries to get someone on the phone that speaks even a little English?
Nah they already will or have already moved jobs to wherever is cheapest if they can, they don’t give a cr-p. Sorry but I won’t let being threatened to have my job moved to another country bother me. This has been going on for at least 20 years before remote work was normalized by many American companies. There are other better companies that offer good pay better benefits AND remote work, not like I have to stick around for the retirement they don’t have lol. This company is living so behind the times. Not phased!
Sadly cheap labor is more important than the commerce laws at honeywell despite the constant rodomonte on honeywell home pages.
