Because it feels every company in US is a Chinese company, not just Wells.

150k+ to push emails/sit on calls. That's why we stay. That's the answer of a great many who are annoyed AF by the stupidity and pointlessness of those emails/meetings. Work amounts to doing what's necessary to keep the two derelicts 1-2 levels above you snowed into thinking you do good work (which is super easy).

I am also getting within striking distance to retirement, I make a pretty decent salary. And...despite all of who think all managers are ah*es....there are some of them that are good and appreciate their directs. Sticking around a little longer until the golden parachute comes. But yes, C suite folks are the worst and this place will go down in flames eventually. Peace out.

Because I am close to retirement and make a $hit pile of money. In you're on the front end of that you best be looking for another home as Wells is $hit.
