Sadly some people will loose their jobs during this merge of groups but I am curious what others are thinking about this joining of businesses and the VP GM of the new SETS business.

Looks like a re-bundle ready for spinning off - Expect an amount of restructure to improve the on book profitability and then sold by 2025 - Its a low growth potential business and will require significant investment just to remain static.
