4Q VZPulse survey which launches on Oct 17

Giving and receiving feedback is how we know what matters most and can make the V Team experience even better. That’s why well-being, along with overall work experiences, will be the focus of our 4Q VZPulse survey which launches on Oct 17.

We want to know how employees are feeling so we can double down on what we need to do to win in 4Q and set ourselves up for a healthy and strong 2023.

Leadership doesn't care about the Pulse results. It's just a ploy to tell employees "we hear ya". Since RTO started, many employees verbatimly said reduce the number of RTO days...well guess what, "we hear ya" but not going to happen. More likely the opposite is what I'm hearing, more RTO days not less.

Yes, here’s three, things got worse, there’s less latitude to comment, and they try to figure out who you are by what you wrote.

The last Pulse Survey had verbiage that if the comments were deemed threatening or posed a security risk, than they could be turned over to the necessary resources for appropriate actions including dismissal and prosecution..........
