Once more we have it confirmed that being a good performer is a liability at Ford. We do all the work and all we get is a pat on the back. Low performers get everything they want, especially if they are kissing the right behinds. I'm done with this place for good.

NESC confirmed a VSSP went out to select employees and said talk to PeopleFirst. PeopleFirst confirmed a letter went out to ‘low performers’. She could not provide details on departments and had little info herself. PeopleFirst said the policy team will provide more details in mid Oct.

Actually, it is Ford that is done with all of us.
Not an LL6 or higher so have not seen the letter, but maybe someone who has can share if the "low performer" designation is subjective or objective (e.g., based on PRs).
