So doing upgrades is a crime at att ? Management is turning customers away even tho phones are in stock. Losing commission on that i know is not a lot but why?

I will tell you EXACTLY why. Because they do not get paid on upgrades. They are paid on adding new lines of services AND features like insurance. The reps have been instructed by leadership to send people out of the store, online, or customer service. Ask around, maybe you know someone who went into the store to do an upgrade but left with newly activated lines of service and equipment cost, PLUS insurance. These are facts. I work here. This company is having a Revenue problem. This is being pushed indirectly by upper leadership. It’s bad. The company is too big to fail but it’s all BS around here from the business side to retail. Ask around…the ppl inside that have been around will tell you. I HAVE to find my way out of here
It's happening in Los Angeles
Upper management pushes for managers to tell employees to avoid upgrades, it’s called customer abuse. What they don’t realize is 60% of the companies revenue comes from upgrades. They push d-mb quotes and goal on reps creating unethical sellers. Company continues to die a slow death .
Stankey found yet another way to sc--w T employees!
walk the $2.67 upgrade that's dry as chuck. It hurts your metrics more than what it pays, so ya, it's not worth it. Have em order it through the app on their phone.
Because doing a lot of upgrades can tank metrics like insurance attach rate, accessory per opp, next up attach rate, unlimited attach rate, etc. The $3 commission for the sale isn’t worth the backlash from managers asking “why didn’t they sign up for x, y, z?” With this whole focus on quality, they’re missing out on the bigger picture. If it isnt gonna be a quality sale, it’s not worth doing
How much are we paying lebron ?
Matt Stafford doing the Little Ceasars thing. He is freaking hillarious. He comes off much better than LeBron and Lily. Matt is a natural.
lol lilly and lebron don't forget the quarterback lol.
You're freaking crazy, LeBron and Lily promised everyone gets the same deal, everyone. Since there is no shortage of new phones, what's the issue?
