The GSSO Americas house cleaning has started with the VP being reassigned. Better late than never. Dishonesty always catches up to you. Now there is light for us sellers.
Hopefully the GSSO Americas SED is replaced soon too for the sake of our TSAs. I hear nothing but bad news from my TSA about the lack of leadership on their side.
Some kind of Go To Market position. I guess HR was not able to find a way to buy him out, which was the original intent.
Appears to be an SED standard across Cisco geos. The SED at Cisco UK also needs replacement. The work environment has been strife with toxicity since he took over in Nov 2020. Hordes of people have left due to the culture imposed by the SED and his crew of SEMs and some SEs who act as management informers hoping for a coveted promotion or a raise. Anything for brownie points. Way too many SEs, TSAs and SAs, who were actually really good, have left. This culture needs to be rectified and rectified quickly. This is starting to affect business to the point where customers are becoming aware of this.
