Sh_it show in IGS!

It’s a complete sh-t show right now at IGS. Too many people up the ladder and few below actually doing work. Frequent org changes will not fix issues.

Leaders can’t even find a proper tool to forecast labor, and expects engineers to be efficient and finish projects under budget.

The show is continuing! Another 100+ years of experience walking out the door in the next few weeks. All that I know of are going to other companies and several are direct competitors. Honeywell IGS is doomed.

Don't you worry. Cora will fix everything. The reason why we're in the mess we're in is because the clowns in upper management have been missing all the detailed information about who's charging to what. It has nothing do to with the boneheaded decisions they've been making, oh no.

They do this constant reorg to save their buddies who otherwise would have been next in the line to get laid off or already was on the list but to save him or her they do reorg create completely new group which diappers next year or cteate new role. I have seen this for long at other subdivisions of honeywell, like uop.
