For ppl who are in the office, how long are you in the office for? Are you required to stay there for 8 hours or can you leave during lunch and log back on? Does your mgr say anything?

A little over 9 hours. I leave the office for an hour which is my lunch.

Depend on who your boss be. Mine be all up everybody as$ like a thong about they business and got mad that I went to get a Little Caesars Hot-n-Ready pizza and some orange Fanta. Had to let that scrub know what time it is by leaving again and going to Wendy’s.

Zero. Our group follows the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell philosophy.

Salaried so I don't get lunch. 2 days max in for about 6 hours, sometimes less. No mention of how long we have to be there and others in my group do the same thing.
8 hours 3 days a week. 8 hours wfh for 2 days & yes it is tracked for both.
6 hrs if there's a badge reader on the way out. Less if not.
CIB employee here … we’ve heard nothing about hours needed in the office to count for a day. We’ve seen the reporting showing days per month, that’s it. I know we all hate RTO, but I am hearing they are putting the hammer down (or about to) and that it will put your job at risk. I’m a Dir., so hearing this on some of the calls I attend. It was a topic of our manager’s call the other day, too, so not BS.
I was told by my 2 up manager that you need to be logged in and/or badged in at least 6 hours for it to count as a day in the office. And he receives reporting about it.
We heard they were not tracking individuals and it was just at a high level. Our group is meeting the expectation so no other discussions have taken place. I almost feel like they aren’t pushing this too hard because of diversity and retention.
I do 4-ish hours 3x per week. I have heard 6 hours is what management considers "a full day in office", but this has never been communicated to me, nor have I ever seen this in writing anywhere as official policy. My manager is aware of how I have approached RTO from the beginning, and has never raised any issues about it whatsoever.
5 to 5.5 hours a day in the office 2-3 times a week and I usually work a total of 10-11 hours a day plus log in evenings and weekends if needed. Manager hasn’t said anything but who knows it might show up on my annual review (shrug)
If RTO was more than an attrition mechanism they would have stopped breaking up teams that were actually working together in the same city.

There’s been conflicting reports on here regarding how many hours one must be in the office to receive “credit” for a day. I know I’ve seen others that occasionally leave at lunch and WFH the rest of the day. Maybe someone with knowledge of the reporting could chime in here to clarify?

None. WFH. Love it. WFH = unlimited PTO. Also, it allows me to work from Starbucks, airport lounges, Restaurants, Hotels, Trains And any hours of the day or night. In fact, I get more work done by WFH than I ever did in the office. I’m not client facing, I’m so far back office that most teams don’t even know I exist. Though, I virtually save the day every week with what I do. It helps to have a very unique skill set. So thankful I’m not one of those executive corporate stooges.
