Does ExxonMobil have at will employment? I have an offer and I am hesitant to go due to job security vs ExxonMobil who atleast has a PIP,PIL or discipline process in place before letting people go.

Any employer can fire you for without cause unless you have a contract. That is unless you are a protected class.

Yes, Texas is an at-will state. They could fire you tomorrow for cause or no cause at all.
