I’m a happy ex-employee of a company I was proud and thankful. Happy years of excellent evaluations and gave the extra mile. A slacker didn’t show up or left a pallet or two of I’m done for today, my RMS called me to take care. And outstanding employee until 2017, my 50 years birthday. Then, I was like he worst employee of all the company. I applied for a promotion, the day of my interview with the DM, bingo they gave me the most trash backstock and out of date store to work with no time to clean others people mess. They hold me responsible and the interview goes to a re training plan. It’s not worth to work 15 hours go up at 3 am returning at 7 pm without lunch. I get tired and quit. That’s the best decision of my life. So if you have 10 years or more or more than 50 be prepare to the write up and harassment. DSD can’t still without employees

I get your jest here and cannot agree more! Age discrimination is so rampant throughout! BTW, they can’t put people in territories that are run into the ground like they used to! Duh! They have perimeters set now and the company has to accept responsibility responsibility for trashed territories. Duh! Sad they had to make a policy over something so obvious! Shows their lack of integrity!
