After losing most of the younger ISC engineers at South Bend Aero, the solution to our culture problems is here... the ping pong table! We also have family day next Saturday onsite at our dumpy factory, with mandatory inventory the following day. Makes me want to stay forever!!

Family day. I'm too embarrassed to take my family to the site. I fear my children would lose all respect if they saw my working conditions.
The (your) pay will be same ! What's the problem with taking inventory? Sounds like a easy day at work to me.
